Description
Forged, not stamped.
The blade is forged Damascus, folded and welded into a layered billet, then ground so the layers read as a figure across the flats. The result is a blade that shows how it was made.
The handle combines resin with wood. Resin brings colour and a sealed, water-resistant surface; the wood brings grain and warmth. The two are set together so the handle reads as one piece rather than a sandwich.
Handmade, and made to be handled. Suitable for collection and for carry.
Care: keep the blade dry and lightly oiled. The resin portion needs no maintenance.
