Sixty-seven alternating layers of steel are stacked, forge-welded and worked into a single billet, then ground so the cut edges reveal the pattern across the blade flat. More layers means a finer, tighter figure — this is the dense, almost topographical look that separates a real Damascus blade from a printed one.
Behind it sits a smooth bone handle: natural material, polished to a warm finish, with the fine grain and slight translucence that only bone gives you. It ages into the hand rather than wearing out.

Care
