Description
Beef bone, finished by hand, on a Damascus blade.
Bone is a traditional handle material for a reason: dense, polishes to a warm sheen, and wears into a patina rather than chipping. Each piece carries its own figure and colour shift.
The Damascus blade is pattern-welded, so the layered pattern across the flats is the steel itself, not a coating.
Made for camping and hunting, and finished well enough to sit in a collection.
Care: dry and oil the blade; avoid soaking the handle.
Want to know what pattern-welded Damascus actually is, how the pattern is made, and how to keep it from rusting? Our guide to Damascus steel covers all of it.
