Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- To start a return, email us at wantong.maggie@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
