Description
M390 is a powder-metallurgy stainless.
That matters because powder metallurgy lets a steel carry a very high alloy content without the coarse grain you get from conventional casting. The practical result is a blade that holds an edge noticeably longer than a standard stainless while staying corrosion resistant.
The handle is G10: a glass-fibre laminate that does not absorb water and does not care about temperature swings.
Sized for a pocket, built for camping and daily carry.
Care: M390 is stainless, but a dry wipe and an occasional light oil will keep it looking new.
Model reference: 485
