Description
Bearings change the feel of a folder.
A washer-pivot knife opens smoothly but with resistance. Ball bearings in the pivot turn that into a light, quick flick: less effort, faster deploy, and a more consistent action over time.
The blade is D2, high-carbon and high-chromium, for wear resistance. G10 scales give grip that does not absorb water.
Available in customizable grades.
Care: keep grit out of the pivot, dry and oil the blade.
Curious how D2 steel compares with S30V and M390 on edge holding, rust resistance and sharpening effort? Our comparison of D2, S30V and M390 explains the trade-offs in plain terms.
